This clock is LOUD. ...Which means it perfectly serves its purpose. My boyfriend hates it and refuses to sleep in my room if I have it set. Too bad his name is George. It came with a battery that was dying and I didn't realize it and thought it wasn't working, and I took the whole thing apart several times and fashioned a way to make it work better on lower power until it occurred to me that the battery was the problem. ...But its a cool clock. You can hear its tick pretty loudly but I never notice it.
