My 20 month old daughter received this as a Christmas gift, and she was VERY excited by it - so much so that she was already sitting at the table before I had even finished assembling it!
Here's what everyone really wants to know: How easy is it to assemble? The answer is: Pretty easy, but something of a pain. The table comes out of the box in five main pieces (two sides, to seats, and the table top) plus a small bag containing eight coarse-threaded screws (four long, four short), two plastic knobs (for tightening the table top), and two plastic clips. The clips are shown in the assembly instructions but no mention is made of their function, and it took me a few minutes to realize that they're for holding pieces of paper onto the table top when it's in "easel mode". (EDIT: A couple of days later I noticed that this bit of information was printed on the outside of the box.) The screws are used to hold the seats to the sides. The plastic isn't tapped for the screws; you use an awl or a hammer and small nail to create a starter hole, then drive the screws in. The short screws are easy to drive in; the longer screws are more difficult due to the angle that you need to drive them in. Forget about a power screwdriver; there's just not enough room to do it. Using a ratcheting screwdriver it took me about ten minutes to put all eight screws in, after which it seemed to be reasonably secure. (If I had to do it over again, I probably would have simply filled the joint with epoxy and let it set overnight.)
Once the screws are all tightened down, the table top basically slips into place and are held securely by the knobs. The table is keyed so that it locks into position; it's virtually impossible to have the table top slide down at an inopportune moment. My little girl stood on the table without any problems. The table itself can be set to any of three heights; the lowest position puts the table top level with the seats to make a larger overall space, perhaps as a small stage. The highest position is reasonable for small children to use (it's just a tiny bit too tall for my daughter to comfortably use but I suspect in a couple of months this won't be the case). The middle position is just slightly lower than the highest position and would be suitable for even smaller children. The highest position allows you tilt the table into an easel position. The table tilts about 45 degrees fore or aft. Setting the table height/position is a job for adults; you need to remove both knobs, gently pull the sides apart so you can release the table top, reposition the table, then replace the knobs. All in all, this takes a single adult about two minutes to complete.
I have only two complaints about the table. Complaint #1 is the clumsy-seeming use of screws to hold the table together. I find it difficult to believe that a screwless assembly system couldn't be conceived, and the fact that they don't even provide pilot holes for the screws makes it seem like it was a clumsy attempt at covering up an engineering error.
Complaint #2 is that its functionality as an easel is limited because, as an easel, it doesn't provide any storage space for art supplies. This forces your child to leave their crayons, paints, etc on the floor, or needing a second table, or using the seat bench as storage while he/she draws and paints. It seems like an obvious oversight that could have been addressed with a simple redesign of the table top, or perhaps a snap-on piece that could be stored under the table top when not in use.

My 2 year old loves this table. It's small and he will outgrow in a year, but for our small space it's perfect.
It wasn't that hard to put together - I did it with one screwdriver.

This table is AWESOME, and shipped really FAST!!! Very durable, very easy to put together, and easy to move into the side so then can draw with the table upwards!! Very strong too, my boys 4 and 2 are always climbing on it too!

We use this table for so many things. It was fairly easy to put together, but is a little wobbly - perhaps I wasn't as careful as I should have been. Not for climbing on, but it is hard to keep a 2 year old off.

This is a great table for your little one(s)! We got it for our 20 month old son for Christmas and he loves to sit and color or eat at it. It's nice and compact and fits perfectly in our small den without taking up too much space. The colors are nice too and look good in our house.
We love that this table is 1 piece so we don't have to worry about him tipping backwards in a chair. (We have carpeting.) We also don't have to worry about him carrying the chairs all over the house, which I am sure he would do with a table with separate chairs.
Crayon wipes easily off the tabletop with a wet scouring pad, which was a big concern of mine. My girlfriend has the Ikea Mammut table and they can't get the crayon off.
This table can easily fit 2 toddlers - one on each side. I'm not sure how well 3 or 4 would fit. The table part isn't too big. It can hold one coloring book opened up on it. If 2 kids are coloring, they would have to fold the coloring books under, or each just use 1 sheet of paper.
The edges of the table have a lip so crayons can't roll off, which is a nice feature.
The tabletop also can turn into an easel which is cool! We haven't tried it yet but I am looking fwd to trying it one of these days.
Down the road, should we want to upgrade to a bigger or different table, I think this one would also be great for outside!
I would definitely recommend this table.
