Product Description This fun action game includes deluxe plastic game base, 21 colorful fish, 4 plastic fishing poles and instructions. Requires one 'C" battery (not included). 1-4 players.
Editorial Review The musical Let's Go Fishin' game is a test for the eyes, hands, ears, and patience. As the pond circles the base (to the tune of "Row, Row, Row Your Boat") see how many more colorful fish you can catch than your fellow players. The trick is that the fish are moving up and down as they circle, as well opening and closing their mouths. Can you time it just right and bring home dinner? This game for one to four players includes four fishing poles, the musical game base (which can rotate with or without music), 21 colorful fish, and complete instructions. Requires two AA batteries (not included). --Heather Hawkins

Fishing Fun January 6, 2009 I have had a great time "fishing" with my 3 year old son. We play everyday.
Fun and Simple Game! December 29, 2008 This game couldn't be more simple to play and therefore it makes my 6 and 7 year olds want to play it over and over. Plus they love the feel of the fish biting on their fishing poles, it's a really cute game. I love it because they can set it up themselves and play independently which gives me a chance to do other things.
Fun for the little ones December 27, 2008 This game brought back memories. It's the same as the one from my childhood. Fish go around in a circle snapping their mouths while kids try to fish them out. Our kids were ages 4 to 7 and they all enjoyed it. The nice thing about the game was one child could play by himself or 4 kids could play at once. Although they could compete over who gets the most fish, they don't seem to mind who wins and just play for the fun of catching fish. This is a fun game to bring out on a rainy day or for playdates.
Great Game!! December 9, 2008 Got this game for my 2-yr old who just celebrated her b-day few months ago. She got tons of toys, but this is the only one that she plays at least once a day if we are home. I have to say this is the best $10 I have ever spent on a toy for my child. It trains her how to track a moving subject. While we are playing, I ask her about the colors of the fishes, how many fishes she got, and what color is still missing from all the fishes she has captured. Trust me, this is more than just a fishing game, if you are creative, you can certainly it make it as educational as it can be!!
I have no problem putting it back in its box, and it doesn't eat battery like some of the other toys. We been playing with it for about 2 months now, still running on the first C battery.
Makes a Great First Game November 21, 2008 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
I bought this game for my 3yr old about a year ago. It is a simple game that more than one person can play. This game really helped my toddler improve his hand-eye coordination.
It was difficult for him to use the fishing rods at first, but he decided just to use one of his fingers, which he thought was a fun way to catch the fish. As long as your child is past the stage of putting things in his or her mouth, you don't have to worry about choking hazards.
My son plays with this game nearly every other day. One of his other favorites is Memory Game - Go, Diego, Go!.
