Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Mini Glider: A balance bike that teaches kids balance, develops motor skills and coordination allowing a child to graduate to a pedal bike. Made of a durable and lightweight alloy, the Mini Glider weighs only 8lbs and comes with a manufacture life time warranty. Parents love what the Glider does and kids just can't put it down even after they learn to balance. Ages 2 to 5. Seeing is believing.

5 out of 5 stars Amazing Bike   January 7, 2009
My husband's first comment was he thought it was cheap, but that quickly changed (Main reason b/c the tires are not air inflated). This is an amazing little bike. We researched and read reviews up and down and were unsure which brand/style to buy. This bike is undescribable. Our son is 2 & 1/2. He was leary riding it Christmas morning and by the afternoon he was gliding through the house. That night, the bike was bedside and in the morning he rode it down the hall to our bedroom. Two weeks later, he is picking his feet up going down hills. It is so light weight and perfect for taking to Grandma's. My husband had to cut down the seat height and it's now perfect. If it tips over, he can pick it up on his own and continue on his way.

5 out of 5 stars Easy Assembly, High Quality, Kids love it   November 7, 2008

My son used the pv-glider (handmade version) at 18 months, when the mini-glider was out he used that (rode a two wheeler at 3), when he outgrew the mini glider at 5 he switched to the go glider. At first, my son started pushing the bike with with both feet on the ground, then would lift one foot, while pushing with the other. As his confidence grew he then glided with both feet up and placed both feet up on the pegs. He loved the mini glider so much, at one point he was riding it in the house as he could not get enough. This was the best gift he has ever gotten. It comes with a lifetime warrenty and weighs only 8lbs! My husband was so proud he posted videos on youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zZKiuZhplYk He is now riding the go glider and switches between that and his mountain bike. As he will soon to be six-- I think that says alot for this product and the simple joy of it.

5 out of 5 stars Well thought out!   October 15, 2008
Awesome learning tool. Great confidence builder for my son and now it's time to hand it down to my daughter so she can learn to ride. Nicely built not like other crappy ones out there. 5 *****

We have a three year that had strokes in all lobes of his brain. We were given a glider as a gift. He was scared of trying a pony walker so when he was ready, this has become a godsend for our son. He has hemiplegia, so this has been great to re-learn balance. He is tiny so this is a great size for him to balance on. He can only take assisted steps for now but it's been a great asset for us.

5 out of 5 stars BEST BALANCE BIKE HIGH QUALITY   October 8, 2008

I purchased the mini glider for both my son and daughter. Both loved the bike, my son at age 17 months was gliding in a matter of days. My daughter at 4 took a little longer. The bike took a beaten and would not break even after every kid in the neiborhood cruised around with it. I also purchased a go glider for a friends 7 year old, who loved the mini glider and who was already riding a two wheeler but was hooked on the graceful gliding. This was the best gift I could have purchased. I called the manufacturer with a question, I got a live person without being placed on hold! The picture on this website doesn't due the product justice! The colors are metalic and bright, and bike is extremly light weight and easy for the kids to handle. I wish I had this bike as a kid.
