Lots of fun.... January 5, 2009
I will admit it I was sceptical about the Cherry Blossom Market and all of the accessories. This seemed like just another set of fruit and vegetables, etc.... My daughter wanted this for Christmas and my wife convinced me that we should get it.
I am so glad that she did. The fruit set, ice-cream set, market, etc... is a ton of fun. My daughter has already spent a ton of time playing with this by herself and with friends. It is great for some imaginary play time, listening to others (when they ask for certain types of food), sharing, etc....
The market was a bit confusing to get assembled... had to read the directions a few times, but one it was together it is very sturdy. Have transported the set between multiple rooms and upstairs and downstairs with no problems.
Would definitely recommend this set.
 Nice toy - but not at full price. January 3, 2009
We got a great deal on this for my 6 year old ... Amazon had it for $15 before Christmas, which is what prompted me to buy it even though she is at the higher end of the age bracket for this. There was a bit of a problem at assembly in that we receieved a wrong connector part so Daddy had to heat and bend the metal frame to use the incorrect part. Smooth sailing after that and one happy little girl! She even slept in it Christmas night! Super fun toy, but not for more than $20 (especially if your child is older).
Great toy for pretend play January 2, 2009
my daughter got this for christmas and loves it. she also has the cottage and loves it as well. it is all well made and fairly frustrating to put together but not hard. the design is pretty and cash register is nice.

I got the Cherry Blossom Market, along with the Rose Petal Cottage for my daughters for Christmas. They love them. They like to pretend they are shopping and are learning to count money with the play money and cash register. Very good product.
Let Their Imagination Fly! December 29, 2008
This is another super product from Playskool moms! My husband and I purchased the Dream House Cottage set last Christmas and our then 1-1/2 year old girl could not have been any happier and healthier in mind with this toy playhouse, allowing her imagination to run wild daily enjoying it with the whole family and friends who easily get dragged into her room. Naturally, we had to get this Market this year for her and she absolutely loves it, too!!! As before, the assembly is simple enough, and this is durable material folks. There are accessories with this (each sold separately of course), since the Market only comes with the cash register - you would want to get the table and the produce stand at least. There is the ice cream parlor set, and other items to complete it. I wish they could have included the table for the cash register with this set though so it isn't awkward that our girl is placing it on the floor instead. We got the produce stand set, it is darling with the soft cloth material! But overall you'll be pleased.
