Product Description 3 years & up. Enter into a magic land of tunnels, huts and balls! Children can connect the pieces anyway they want. They can create their very own maze with this 5-piece play set featuring a basketball hoop, 1 hut, 2 cubes, 2 tunnels, 50 balls and a carrying case. EZ Twist Technology provides for easy set up. This product is made of polyester with nylon bindings and has a mesh and polyethylene floor. The individual units measure Hut: 33"L x 33"W x 48"H, Large Cube: 28"L x 28"W x 33"H, Small Cube: 28"L x 28"W x 28"H, Tunnel: 18" Diameter x 20"L.
Editorial Review A landscape of tunnels and hiding dens can instantly be assembled in your yard or family room with this compact modular play structure. One of the best features is the abundance of colorful balls (there are 50!). Pile them all into one cube and children can experience the feel of a small-scale ball room like the ones in commercial play areas. When children tire of burrowing, crawling, and hiding, they can use the balls to shoot hoops into the built-in basket. The pop-up nylon play structure is easy to assemble, but be careful while assembling--modules spring open quickly. The challenge is folding it back into the carrying cases (no careless cramming--adults will have to follow instructions carefully). Megaland works with other PlayHut structures. The set includes one large hut with basket, one medium hut, one small block, two tunnels, two carrying bags, and 50 balls. --Gail Hudson

Fun and quick to setup, take down August 19, 2008 My 2 year old and 1 year old enjoy this alot. It is not something that we leave up all of the time due to space restrictions in our home. It works great for a rainy day or weekend. It is very quick to set-up and take down. It folds up very well for storageand would be very easy to pack in a suitcase and take on vacation. Its not the greatest quality product, but I do not know what other reviewers were expecting (maybe a backpacking tent for climbing Everest?). Overall, I am very satisfied, the construction has held up to pretty intense play, the kids enjoy it, and its ease of use make it a winner for us.
So much potential July 25, 2008 This toy would be a lot more fun if it wouldn't tip over so easily or collapse. My son still tries to play in it even when it tips over.

I purchased this for my 15-month-old on the recommendation of another parent. My daughter has shown very little interest in it, even 4 months later.
I think this might be more fun with two or more children playing in it.
What I really didn't like was that it isn't very durable. In setting it up, the tunnels attach with velcro straps...make that, two loops per tunnel, one at the top and one at the bottom. For really rowdy children, this would easily come apart. Not only that, I had two of these loops come apart while setting it up the first time.
The few times my daughter has played with it, she hasn't been rough with it. As I was taking it apart, I noticed wires sticking out of the seams! Not just in one or two spots, but in several. So, it's not even fit to re-sell or donate.
While I think each child is different and will find different toys amusing, I think this one was poorly constructed. The idea is really neat, and it's nice that it folds down so small. But overall, it's been a disappointment for us.
Not for us. May 28, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
My son was very interested when I first unpacked it but once I walked away, he had no interest in it at all. I thought he would have loved it because he likes to climb on, around and under things but this was a no go for him. He may have grown to love it but I had to return it because it was bigger than I thought and we don't have room to spare. If you do buy this item, make sure you have plenty of room to set it up. We only had it a few days.
I went out and bought a tunnel instead. That is much easier to setup and take down and it doesn't take up as much room.
Great fun for indoors and out! April 16, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a great toy for people who don't have much space. If you are used to the things that twist and fold for storage; all of these pieces fold up in a similar way.
It's super easy to set this up and take it down. My son loves it and when we are done playing it all folds up to a nice small size for storage. You can use it indoors or outdoors. The only hazard we are finding about having it indoors is you end up with balls everywhere. Which the cats enjoy but I don't enjoy much. Luckily my son thinks picking the balls up is a game, so it works out okay.
The balls that come with it are not enough for the ball pit. I went and bought another 200 balls to fill the ball pit up nice and good. My 14 month old son loves it.
It is about as durable as you would expect it to be for the cost and portability. Similar to many other twist and fold items. It does blow over easy and get knocked over pretty easy; but for my son that's all part of the fun :-)
Surprisingly my cats also love chasing each other in and out of the tunnels. We've had this a couple months now and it has stood up to kid and cats so far. We love it and my son will spend a good hour or so playing in there at a time.
